• 9:30–10:15 — Soulful, song-filled Shacharit
• 10:15–11:00 — Kiddush brunch with 2–3 breakout learning/activity groups
• 11:00–12:00 — Torah reading, Haftarah, concluding prayers, Kaddish
• 12:00 — Desserts and Shmoozing
